Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product. We will promptly assess the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that financial institutions and credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.
